The ups and down on the race to become pres what we must learn from the past

As the presidential election data is nearing and voters are making there final decisions on who they want to vote for, contemplating which candidate has the highest potential to take control of this country and turn it in a new direction, in changing all bad economic, military and social implications implicated by bush, and To create a new wealth flowing, prosperous and excelling America free of corporate scandal and money driven leaders who's main focus is them selves and not the American people.

Both candidates are proposing allot and promising a large change by crossing out program which they think are unnecessary and adding in new ones or providing better funding for existing programs that are working. While McCain wants to cut taxes for every one (which study have shown to be impossible ) also studies say his tax cuts would only really affect thoughs in higher tax brackets and cost an estimated $1.5 trillion putting the country even more into debt.

As for McCain's health care plan that would let people shop around for plans offered by insurers in other states would probably in the long run make it easier for younger and healthier people to shop around for affordable health insurance coverage but raise prices and lower acceptance rates for older people or people with a bad medical record, Also people who have incomes below three times the rate of poverty, the government would subsidize the cost of their premiums on a sliding scale, with the poorest getting the most help. McCain plans on putting around 15-25 billion dollars a year into his plan.

McCain's health care plan pros and cons

pro, It allows people to shop for more affordable and better suited for them health insurance.

con, many people who get there health care through work would have to find there own health insures and may end up paying more.

pro, It would help drive the country's insurances market boosting the economy

con, It could end up costing more money then expected by making people get insured causing him to pay more in subsidies for people who can not afford to pay for health insurance.

pro, people in stats that have bad health insurance would be able to look to other states for more appealing rates or coverage that they might have been denied in the past.

con, It would force states with good health insurance to raise cost and lower acceptance because of the amount of people with bad health record coming to them and the amount of healthy patients looking else where.

Crazy McCain campaign worker makes up crazy story

Crazy women by the name Ashley Todd, 20, of College Station, Texas who is working for the McCain campaign told police that she had been assaulted by a man because of a McCain sticker that she had on her car.

The police then questioned her several times and found her allegations to be completely untrue because "several inconsistencies" in her story's. The first story she told investigators was that a man approached her Wednesday night at an ATM in Pittsburgh's East End, put a blade to her neck and demanded money, later when she came back to help a composite sketch artist on a drawing of the alleged attacker she said she wanted to tell them what had really happened she then proceeded to tell her new story that the attacker had "punched her in the back of the head, knocking her to the ground, and he continued to punch and kick her while threatening to teach her a lesson for being a McCain supporter."

The woman also told police her attacker "called her a lot of names and stated that 'You are going to be a Barack supporter,' at which time she states he sat on her chest, pinning both her hands down with his knees, and scratched into her face a backward letter 'B' on the right side of her face using what she believed to be a very dull knife."

No news yet on whether the false allegations where politically based.

McCain campaign Robocall spam game

McCain still scrambling for votes has turned to a new strategy robocalls, which are recorded message attacking Obama that are being sent out to back ground states. This to me is a new low for
for Mr.McCain and the Republicans or for that matter any political party ever, McCain's campaign has demonstrated in his search to get voter everything that is wrong with America, in avoiding real issues like the economy and health care and using his corporate sponsors money for childish attack ads on Obama. The worst part about this is that some foolish people are buying into this propaganda, as Americans we should be more interested in the political and economic aspects of the presidential race and stop treating the presidential election like its American idol.

Palin drawing in the crowds

With the presidential election only 13 day aways and the Republicans behind in the polls campaigning and drawing in more voters is a must. The last couple McCain rallies seem rather dull in comparison with Obama but Sarah Palin seems to be making up for that by drawing massive crowds and electrifying them, criticising Barack Obama plans to raise tax's on toughs making over $250,000 what Obama calls spreading the wealth Palin says "Barack Obama calls it 'spreading the wealth.' Joe Biden calls higher taxes patriotic. Joe the plumber said it sounded to him like socialism. And now is not the time to experiment with that."

It seems like Palin is really connecting with the crowds and drawing in more voter ,so what might have been hurting the campaign in the past is now helping them and McCain decision for picking palin as running mate might not have been such a bad idea after all.

Losing weight ( health )

As the worlds obesity rate is getting higher more and more people are looking for a quick easy way to loss weight when in fact there is really no such thing, but if you understand more about why you gain weight and what you can do to effectively loss weight the task becomes a little easier. first I will explain to you how your metabolism works in processing different compounds such as glucose, proteins and fatty acids so lets first take a look at glucose which is broken down in a process called glycolysis and then its constituent parts broken down a rearranged further in other biochemical path ways. Glucose molecules essentially broken down to make a energy rich molecule called ATP (Adenosintriphosphat) which is used for various tasks through out different cells, in lamins terms what happens when the ATP is not being used and your not burning off the calories that you intake is that your ATP level becomes high and starts to inhibit biochemical path ways, this in turn Leeds to the glucose being synthesized into fatty acids and not ATP (since your not using it). So now the question is how can i lose the most weight while doing the least amount of dieting and exercising and the answer is this build up as much muscle as possible because muscle requires allot of energy (ATP) so what happens is that even when your not working out your still losing weight burning calories were as if your doing soft cardio work outs like jogging on a treadmill ,walking, biking and well i think you get the point your still burning calories but only for the time being. here's a list of things i to do

Cardio workouts: to excel wight loss

Muscle building and weight lifting exercises: for longevity

Watch what your eating (make sure to eat meals through out the day this includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

Every one is different and this is because of are genetics, so there for some people can eat allot
and still remain slim and others it seems no matter what they do they still remain over weight . the key to healthy living is to understand how your body works and take control over it.

Fox news lies to much

For years fox news has been infecting its viewers with bias opinions, propaganda and flat out lies in favor of the Republicans so its no surprise that ever since Obama started campaigning fox has been doing what ever they can to trie to make him look bad. If you don't watch fox or you only watch fox then its probably not clear to you what I'm talking about, but for thoughs of you who tune into watch on occasion know all to well what I'm talking about. Any time Obama or another Democrats name is mentioned its about something negative and usually has no premise or even truth behind it. if you don't believe me then take a look at some of the rumours and slanders fox has said about him.

  1. hes an Arab
  2. hes a loser
  3. hes associated with a raciest church
  4. hes anti American
  5. he doesn't show anuff patriotism
and the list goes on and on, and to think that they even had the audacity to say McCain won the last debate which is clearly misleading for those whom did not watch it.

Joe Joe the Plumber

McCain criticises Obama on raising taxes for people making over a quarter mill, in particular one Joe Wurzelbacher, an Ohio plumber who talked to Obama at a campaign event last Sunday, about how Obama tax policy would be bad for him and other small business owners.McCain say he wants to lower tax's for everyone but with the America in such financial turmoil i wonder how he purposes to to such a thing.

personally i believe that McCain is really riding this thing out to much because its the only thing that he really has going for him right now, how much damage can a 2-4 percent raise really do to some one making over $250,000 a year.

It looks like Obamas won

After the 3rd debate and another Obama win (3/3) in that category it looks as though John McCain has no chance to become president as more and more voter are now leaning towards the Democrats and Barack Obama. A national poll conducted by CNN shows Obama leading 51 percent to 42 percent. While these number are very strong Obama stills feels that there is no time for rest saying "We're going to have to work absolutely as hard as we've ever worked in our lives in order to just to get to the start of what is going to be a very difficult and very challenging but ultimately a very fulfilling four years where we can get this country back on track." Obama now focused intently on New Hampshire where he lost the primaries saying "For those of you who are feeling giddy or cocky and think this is all set, I just two words for you: New Hampshire," the Democratic presidential nominee said during a fundraiser breakfast in New York. "You know I've been in these positions before where we were favored and the press starts getting carried away and we end up getting spanked. And so that's another good lesson that Hillary Clinton taught me."

The John McCain thoery

After seeing the interviews with Sarah Palin many voters have become worried about Sarah Palin
getting into power and John McCain's dissuasion making ability with his choose to chose her for VP running mate. Now many people are beginning to ask why would he choose her?, why her out of all the people he could choose from why would he pick her. She has little no experience, never really seems to understand any of the questions shes asked on basic issues and is never really on the same page as John McCain so again i ask why her, i think i can answer this question. As we all know J.M is an old man with little health risks, but still an old man who if not taken care of properly things might turn out for the worst, now For anyone who Knows me knows that I'm a firm believer in firm believing and i firmly believe i know what john is up to with this Sarah women and id have to say its brilliant.Think about this if John McCain had pick a more qualified VP running mate and was elected president he might not be taken care of as well as he would be with Sarah Palin as VP, because security and doctors and who ever know that if something bad were to happen to him something even worse would happen to America and Sarah Palin would become president of the U.S.A .

So in a nutshell his chose to pick Sarah Palin guaranty's his safety and well being.

Barack Obama vs John McCain

With the elections coming up in 3 weeks the pressure is on john McCain to get a substantial win in the next debate. If you look at all the things that have gone wrong for him the last few week (his VP, BO attack ad campaign to name a few) he well really be needing to pull a rabbit out off his ass in the final debate.

So ,what has John McCain been doing then to sway voters. (here's a list of things)

1-Mr McCain has proposed an extra $52bn in tax cuts to help retired people whose savings have been hit by the credit crunch
2- devised a new economic plan

3- new war plan

I guess will see how this one or that one (as McCain calls BO) does on in the next debate.

Sarah Palin

While the election are coming up allot people have been tuned in to watch Barack Obama and john McCain debate and looking for anything that might appeal to them or not from each one of the candidates. Issues like foreign policies, the bail out and the war in Iraq ,while both candidates have very different stances on what they would like to do if they were elected J.M's VP candidate has by far the most interesting and different views from......all of them including J.M (if you can call here in site in these issues views), but she does have allot of experience in foreign policies like for instance being able to see Russia from Alaska and keeping our borders secure from the Putin and his Russians army. Not only did she talk about foreign polices but she also went into deep detail about her thoughts on the bail out (kind of).

In conclusion looking back at Sarah Palins breath taking interviews (b.t in a bad way) i think it should have become clear to Americans what we must do, because electing John McCain and having Sarah Palin as VP is more risky then letting a panda shave your nuts with a weed wackier.

Laziness and Stupidity

To day I'm going to talk about laziness and stupidity because now a days they seem to go hand and hand. For instance if you take a look around you will probably see ads for lots of easy ways to make money doing nothing or new technology that supposedly makes life allot easier for you so that you don't have to do as much work, and you can sit back a relax. In the old days it use to be what you put in you get out, now this wasn't always the case but it was more often then not. Today its a whole different story its a matter of who you know more then what you know and this leads to people becoming stupid and lazy, because they have the luxury of being able to do so because other people are lazy and stupid and it has an amplified affect like a cold or the flu. If you think about this I'm positive that you will find many examples.
