The ups and down on the race to become pres what we must learn from the past

As the presidential election data is nearing and voters are making there final decisions on who they want to vote for, contemplating which candidate has the highest potential to take control of this country and turn it in a new direction, in changing all bad economic, military and social implications implicated by bush, and To create a new wealth flowing, prosperous and excelling America free of corporate scandal and money driven leaders who's main focus is them selves and not the American people.

Both candidates are proposing allot and promising a large change by crossing out program which they think are unnecessary and adding in new ones or providing better funding for existing programs that are working. While McCain wants to cut taxes for every one (which study have shown to be impossible ) also studies say his tax cuts would only really affect thoughs in higher tax brackets and cost an estimated $1.5 trillion putting the country even more into debt.

As for McCain's health care plan that would let people shop around for plans offered by insurers in other states would probably in the long run make it easier for younger and healthier people to shop around for affordable health insurance coverage but raise prices and lower acceptance rates for older people or people with a bad medical record, Also people who have incomes below three times the rate of poverty, the government would subsidize the cost of their premiums on a sliding scale, with the poorest getting the most help. McCain plans on putting around 15-25 billion dollars a year into his plan.

McCain's health care plan pros and cons

pro, It allows people to shop for more affordable and better suited for them health insurance.

con, many people who get there health care through work would have to find there own health insures and may end up paying more.

pro, It would help drive the country's insurances market boosting the economy

con, It could end up costing more money then expected by making people get insured causing him to pay more in subsidies for people who can not afford to pay for health insurance.

pro, people in stats that have bad health insurance would be able to look to other states for more appealing rates or coverage that they might have been denied in the past.

con, It would force states with good health insurance to raise cost and lower acceptance because of the amount of people with bad health record coming to them and the amount of healthy patients looking else where.

Crazy McCain campaign worker makes up crazy story

Crazy women by the name Ashley Todd, 20, of College Station, Texas who is working for the McCain campaign told police that she had been assaulted by a man because of a McCain sticker that she had on her car.

The police then questioned her several times and found her allegations to be completely untrue because "several inconsistencies" in her story's. The first story she told investigators was that a man approached her Wednesday night at an ATM in Pittsburgh's East End, put a blade to her neck and demanded money, later when she came back to help a composite sketch artist on a drawing of the alleged attacker she said she wanted to tell them what had really happened she then proceeded to tell her new story that the attacker had "punched her in the back of the head, knocking her to the ground, and he continued to punch and kick her while threatening to teach her a lesson for being a McCain supporter."

The woman also told police her attacker "called her a lot of names and stated that 'You are going to be a Barack supporter,' at which time she states he sat on her chest, pinning both her hands down with his knees, and scratched into her face a backward letter 'B' on the right side of her face using what she believed to be a very dull knife."

No news yet on whether the false allegations where politically based.

McCain campaign Robocall spam game

McCain still scrambling for votes has turned to a new strategy robocalls, which are recorded message attacking Obama that are being sent out to back ground states. This to me is a new low for
for Mr.McCain and the Republicans or for that matter any political party ever, McCain's campaign has demonstrated in his search to get voter everything that is wrong with America, in avoiding real issues like the economy and health care and using his corporate sponsors money for childish attack ads on Obama. The worst part about this is that some foolish people are buying into this propaganda, as Americans we should be more interested in the political and economic aspects of the presidential race and stop treating the presidential election like its American idol.

Palin drawing in the crowds

With the presidential election only 13 day aways and the Republicans behind in the polls campaigning and drawing in more voters is a must. The last couple McCain rallies seem rather dull in comparison with Obama but Sarah Palin seems to be making up for that by drawing massive crowds and electrifying them, criticising Barack Obama plans to raise tax's on toughs making over $250,000 what Obama calls spreading the wealth Palin says "Barack Obama calls it 'spreading the wealth.' Joe Biden calls higher taxes patriotic. Joe the plumber said it sounded to him like socialism. And now is not the time to experiment with that."

It seems like Palin is really connecting with the crowds and drawing in more voter ,so what might have been hurting the campaign in the past is now helping them and McCain decision for picking palin as running mate might not have been such a bad idea after all.

Losing weight ( health )

As the worlds obesity rate is getting higher more and more people are looking for a quick easy way to loss weight when in fact there is really no such thing, but if you understand more about why you gain weight and what you can do to effectively loss weight the task becomes a little easier. first I will explain to you how your metabolism works in processing different compounds such as glucose, proteins and fatty acids so lets first take a look at glucose which is broken down in a process called glycolysis and then its constituent parts broken down a rearranged further in other biochemical path ways. Glucose molecules essentially broken down to make a energy rich molecule called ATP (Adenosintriphosphat) which is used for various tasks through out different cells, in lamins terms what happens when the ATP is not being used and your not burning off the calories that you intake is that your ATP level becomes high and starts to inhibit biochemical path ways, this in turn Leeds to the glucose being synthesized into fatty acids and not ATP (since your not using it). So now the question is how can i lose the most weight while doing the least amount of dieting and exercising and the answer is this build up as much muscle as possible because muscle requires allot of energy (ATP) so what happens is that even when your not working out your still losing weight burning calories were as if your doing soft cardio work outs like jogging on a treadmill ,walking, biking and well i think you get the point your still burning calories but only for the time being. here's a list of things i to do

Cardio workouts: to excel wight loss

Muscle building and weight lifting exercises: for longevity

Watch what your eating (make sure to eat meals through out the day this includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

Every one is different and this is because of are genetics, so there for some people can eat allot
and still remain slim and others it seems no matter what they do they still remain over weight . the key to healthy living is to understand how your body works and take control over it.
